We offer a 30 day return policy for all hurhair.co.uk website orders.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and are almost certain you are going to love your hur.tools. If for any reason you wish to return your product, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. No questions asked!

To return your product and receive a full refund please email our team so that we can send you a return label // info@hurhair.co.uk

If you have purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer, stockist or salon, please return to the original place of purchase.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on it's way back to hur.hair.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returning items MUST be unused, unmarked, undamaged and in it's original packaging. The FREE Style Case and Silicone Heat Guard must be included and any other promotional gifts must also be included in the return - if they are not, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount.
If purchased from a 3rd party retailer, stockist or salon please contact the place of purchase and follow their returns process.

How do I return my product ?

Please email info@hurhair.co.uk and we will issue you a return label.

How long do I have to return an item ?

You have 30 days from receipt of your product to be able to return it to us.

How much does it cost to return my order ?

If you wish to return your order, we provide you with a return label. To get your return label, all you have to do is email info@hurhair.co.uk. The cost of the return label (£4.00) will be deducted from your refund amount.

What if my product is faulty ?

We are really sorry to hear that you believe your product may be faulty. Let's get this sorted as soon as possible - please email info@hurhair.co.uk and warranty@hurhair.co.uk and we will look into this right away.

Do you refund delivery charges ?

Unfortunately we do not refund any delivery charges on any orders.
