Maintenance

How do I look after my product

Your hur. products are virtually maintenance free. To make sure your hur.iron is as long-lasting as your styling results, be sure to store and protect correctly.

Do not wrap the cord tightly around the product as this will cause damage. Rather, gently loop the cord into the Heat Resistant Style Case.

To avoid scratches and cosmetic damage, please store in your Style Case. Our warranty does not cover this nature of damage.


Warranty

Does my product have a warranty

Yes, all our hur.irons come with a 24month warranty as standard.

You may also be entitled to an additional 12months FREE warranty. Please register within 14 days of purchase.

What does my warranty cover

Any manufacturing or technical fault is covered within your warranty period.

External damage, cosmetic damage, broken plugs and damaged cords are not covered.

I think my product may be faulty

Our Customer Service team are here to help. Do not worry, your product is likely to be covered by our warranty policy.

Please email warranty@hurhair.co.uk as soon as you experience what you may believe to be a fault. Do not use your product until our Customer Service team have advised you on next steps.


Delivery

What is your cut off time for Next Day delivery

All orders must be placed before 3PM (Monday - Thursday) to secure Next Day delivery.

Orders placed before 3PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the next working day (Monday).

  • This excludes Bank Holidays.
  • Restrictions may apply for areas outside of Mainland UK.

Do I get free delivery

All orders over £50 will get FREE Next-Day delivery [Mainland UK].


Returns

I want to return my product

No problem, we offer a 45-day return policy. No questions asked!
