What is your cut off time for Next Day Delivery?

All orders must be placed before 2PM (Monday - Thursday) to secure Next Day delivery.

Orders placed before 2PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the next working day (Monday).

This excludes Bank Holidays. Restrictions may apply for areas outside of Mainland UK.

Can I recycle my old styling tool with you?

Absolutely. We're partnered with a waste management company and can recycle your tools in line with WEEE standards. Simply send an email to - we'll also give you a reward for doing good too :)

How do I look after my product?

Your hur. products are virtually maintenance free. To make sure your hur.iron or hur.blow is as long-lasting as your styling results, be sure to store and protect correctly.

Do not wrap the cord tightly around the product as this will cause damage. Rather, gently loop the cord into the Heat Resistant Style Case.

To avoid scratches and cosmetic damage, please keep the plug away from the main body of the unit. For all hur.irons, store in your Style Case with your Silicone Heat Guard on. Our warranty does not cover this nature of damage.

Does my product have a warranty?

Yes. You must register your product within 14days of purchase to activate the warranty.

All hur.irons come with a 24month warranty when registered online at You may also be entitled to an additional 12months extension FREE on registration.

The hur.blow comes with a 12month warranty when registered online at There is no extension available on this product.

If your product has been purchased for professional use, the warranty period will differ. Please contact for more information.

What does my warranty cover?

The Consumer warranty covers any manufacturing or technical fault within your warranty period.

The Consumer warranty does not apply to any defect in the Product resulting from:

(a)            reasonable and fair wear and tear, cosmetic damage – including but not limited to scratches and scuffs, and normal ageing of the Product;

(b)            damage as a result of failure to operate, store or use the Product in accordance with the user guide and it’s intended use;

(c)             accidental negligence by you or any third party resulting in damage, including but not limited to dropping the Product, abuse, contact with liquid and fire;

(d)            alterations, adaptations, or repair to the Product by you or any other third party; and

(e)            use of the Product for business or professional purpose.
