How do I take care of my hair dryer?
To take best care of your styling tool we always advise against wrapping the cord tightly around the product, instead, gently loop the cord and secure with the velcro wrap. This will prevent damage to the wires within the cord. Keep the plug away from the dryer to prevent any scratches and cosmetic damage, and always ensure the filter is clean to optimise performance.
How do I clean the filter?
Use the grooves to twist the black 'grill' / filter that you can see around the digital display screen to access the filter area. Then, use a soft and gentle toothbrush or dusk cloth to remove residue. Ensure to complete on both sides.
Does the dryer have a temperature control?
Absolutely. We have a central theme of hair health and designed this dryer with a 5-stage variable temperature control so that you can select a heat best suited to your hair type, texture, and condition.
What is the warranty period on the hur.blow?
6 months standard manufacturers warranty, 12 months if purchased on hurhair.co.uk. Product must be registered within 14 days of purchase.
